• Email within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include clear photos and order number.
• Replacement (subject to availability) OR full refund.
• Return shipping covered by Nabirosa Closet for defective items.

3. Refund Processing

• Inspection confirmation via email.
• Approved refunds processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refund issued to original payment method only.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized / personalized products
• Clearance or final sale items
• Worn, altered, or washed items
